Emails not going to Customers Inboxes
We are seeing an issue with a number of emails sent from our website. Some customers have not been seeing emails confirming their orders or the emails confirming dispatch of their package.
On making enquiries with customers we have found that our emails have been going to a customer's 'Junk' mailbox or 'Spam' mailbox. If you have placed an order or are expecting an email from us for any other reason, but it has not appeared, please look in your Junk or Spam mailboxes to see if there.
The missing emails will be from 'email@example.com'. If you add this email address to your safe list or address book in your email system I understand this should stop them from not going to your Inbox.
We are looking at ways to prevent this and will occasionally use the email address 'firstname.lastname@example.org' as an alternative to test if this avoids the issue.

Update re Covid-19
Following the recent government announcements we are pleased to say that our retail units in The Shambles, Devizes (SN10 1JG) will be open for trade from Monday 15th June. Opening at 10:00 am
There will be some social distancing measures in place for safety of customers and staff.
Our online shop will still be open for all our customers that are too far away to call in.
